When you visit this website

Our website and general email mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. To deliver the website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, including your IP address and the requested page. Access and error logs support secure operation and troubleshooting.

These technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s rules. See Infomaniak’s web log documentation for details. We do not use these logs for advertising or personal usage profiles.

Appearance, cookies and external content

We do not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics and Umami to measure reach (see below). Fonts and images are served directly with this website, without requests to external font, map or video services.

When you select “Light” or “Dark”, your browser stores that choice locally for your next visit. This setting is not sent to us. Choosing “System” removes the saved preference. You can also remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

Reach measurement with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) or Google LLC (USA). We use it to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed, and to improve it.

When you visit the website, your browser loads a script from Google and connects to Google’s servers. Cookies or similar technologies are set and usage data is sent to Google, in particular the pages viewed, time of visit, approximate location, browser and device information, and a random identifier. The data may be transferred to the USA and other countries. We do not use it to identify individual people; according to Google, Google may process the data for its own purposes. Google’s privacy policy applies.

You can prevent measurement by blocking third-party cookies and scripts in your browser or by installing Google’s browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.

Reach measurement with Umami

We also use Umami, an open-source web analytics tool. We run Umami ourselves on a virtual server rented from Hostinger. Umami does not set cookies and does not build profiles across websites.

It records the page viewed, the referring page, time of visit, browser, operating system, device type and the country derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored. We do not share this data with third parties.

When you write to us

We use your email address, message and any information you choose to share to handle your enquiry and reply. Infomaniak processes this data as our email provider. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle and keep a record of the enquiry, subject to any statutory retention requirements.

You can contact us at the address above to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to object to its processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and limits of applicable data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
